- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Very disappointing - what is happening to our health service? I have now made two telephone appointments in the last two months only to turn up and find that I am not on the system. This means I have taken time off work to go to the appointment only to find I can't get in. This morning I was asked if I got an email confirmation of the appointment...no I did not but I did not know that this was supposed to happen.
